You can cook almost any dish in a Tajine - poultry, curries, stews, roasts and seafood.
The design of the Tajine is the trick to great cooking.
The high domed lid allows food to steam and simmer slowly, resulting in a more tender, moist and richer tasting meals.
Cook any meal in the Tajine, setting oven at 150 - 180 degrees, slightly increase cooking time and allow the Tajine to steam food to perfection, never drying out.

Your tajine lid has a strong wide handle, so the lid can be inverted to be used as a couscous bowl or server!
Care of your Tajine
Each Tajine is individually handmade on a pottery wheel and is totally unique.
- Use in oven only up to 180 degrees
- Do not use on stove top
- Always set hot Tajine on a cloth pad
- Sudden changes in temperature are not advised
- Allow to cool before washing
- Dishwasher safe
